As the situation surrounding the Coronavirus continues to evolve, we are prepared to continue serving you as much as possible. We take our responsibility to serve our communities very serious, and will continue to monitor all situations closely.

We’ve implemented some immediate changes to our operations that we wanted to share with you:

New store hours - Effective March 18 we will be implementing new store hours. We will be open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday and 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sunday. If there is a community need beyond these store hours, please reach out and we will accommodate you.


Running a clean store – We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of our baskets, carts, counters and surfaces throughout the store to multiple times each day. Our employees are washing hands frequently and staying home if they’re feeling sick, or if their kids are home without school or childcare (so, also please be patient if we’re short-handed once in-awhile).


Staying in-stock –We are actively working with Ace Corporate’s replenishment planners to secure additional supply of out of stock items as soon as possible. These shortages are temporary, and more is on the way! In-turn we would ask you to only buy what you need, and not stock-up unnecessarily so supply remains for your neighbors too.

In-store pickup – We would encourage you to take advantage of ordering on When you order, you can pick up your items within 1 hour. We’ll even meet you at your vehicle at the curb if you wish. Just call us and let us know your last name, what you ordered, and that you’re waiting out-front and we’ll meet you at your car within 5-10 minutes.


Home delivery – We are temporarily waiving our delivery fees for Ace Rewards members on all orders placed for next day delivery. Whatever you need, we’ll bring it to you within 5 miles of our store. If instructed, we’ll leave your items by your front door with no signature required and email you a picture of the completed delivery. We would encourage you to use this no contact delivery if you or any member of your household is self-quarantining at home.


We also want to open up any resources we have here at Ace to help our communities. If you know of any way we can assist our community and those that may be in extra need during this time (including offering up our delivery vehicles and services to assist with deliveries of products, food), please call your local Ace store or send us a message on here and we will be glad to help in any way we can.


Just like you, we’re bummed that major sporting events and other entertainment have been temporarily cancelled. How about getting one of those home improvement projects done while you’re stuck at home with nothing to do? Paint that spare bedroom or fix that leaky toilet! Crossing those things off your list is bound to make you feel just a little bit better! We’ll be providing you with some fun tips and project ideas you can do at home. We’ll be here to answer any questions you have.
